Generally once you're past 10,000 copies of a multi-page piece. Below that, sheetfed is usually better quality for the cost. We'll quote both if you're on the fence.
Around 10,000 copies makes web economical. Some presses prefer 25,000+. For smaller runs we route to sheetfed or digital instead.
Allow 7-14 working days from approved artwork to pallets out, depending on page count, quantity and finishing. We lock in press slots ahead of time for regular titles.
Yes, regional offers, state-based pricing, retailer-specific covers. We plan the imposition so splits happen in-line with no extra make-ready cost.
